This morning, embark on a fascinating journey through the history of Prague and enjoy a classic tour of both the historic and modern quarters of Prague. Visit the Old Town, the New Town and the Little Quarter. Discover the major sights and visit the famous Gothic style St. Vitus Cathedral on a one hour walking tour in the Prague Castle complex and get to know the magnificent history of the buildings, and of their royal and presidential connections.. Continue through the Jewish quarter before arriving at the Old Town Square where you can learn the origins of one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world.
Today you will transfer on your own to the Prague Train Station for your onward journey to Bratislava
Travel by train to Bratislava.
On arrival Bratislava transfer to your hotel on your own. Bratislava is a year-round holiday destination rich in historical significant, cultural treasures and inherent beauty. Explore this unspoilt, shining star of Central Europe.
After breakfast, proceed for a grand city tour of Bratislava where first you will have a short basic introduction about Bratislava. Then drive to the city center of Bratislava. Walk to Michalska Gate, Main Square, Old Town Hall and Primatial Palace, continue to Reduta and Cathedral of St. Martin. After continue by car and pass along Presidential Palace, Bratislava Castle, Slovak Governement and finish by the visit of Slavin Monument. After continue driving to Devin Castle will be visiting Devin Castle. Drop of at the hotel, or city center.
Transfer from your hotel to the Bratislava station for your train journey to Vienna.
Travel by train from Bratislava to Vienna. The rest of the day is at leisure. Take a break from sightseeing at one of the many wonderful Viennese coffee houses. The coffee house tradition in Vienna dates back to 300 years. Enjoy a coffee served on a silver platter and watch the world go by. Select a mouth-watering cake - perhaps a Viennese speciality, the famous chocolate Sacher Torte to go with your coffee.
Today, explore the city on an orientation tour. Drive around the famous Ringstrasse, Vienna's main boulevard with its magnificent buildings; pass by the State Opera, the Museums of Fine Art and Natural History, the Parliament building, the Burgtheater (National Theatre), the City Hall and the University. Visit the Schonbrunn Palace, the former summer seat and residence of the Habsburgs, tour some of the magnificently decorated rooms. Later return to the city centre, pass by the Belvedere Palace, where you will have the opportunity to end your tour, or you can choose to continue to the State Opera House, where the tour ends.
This morning after breakfast proceed to the Vienna station for your train to Budapest.
Travel by train from Vienna to Budapest, the Pearl of the Danube and often described as the "Little Paris of Middle Europe".
Upon arrival in Budapest proceed to your hotel on your own. Budapest is famous not only for the monuments reflecting its own 1,000-year-old culture, but also for the relics of others who settled here. The capital has two sides, Buda and Pest, stretching along the banks of the Danube, representing two different characters of the city. Suburban Buda and its historic castle district offer medieval streets and houses, museums, caves and Roman ruins. The dynamic Pest side boasts the largest parliament building in Europe, riverside promenades, flea markets, bookstores, antique stores and cafe houses. There is an unmistakable feeling that something out of the ordinary is just around the corner, but what it will be is up to you to find out...so let's explore...
Today, explore one of the richest architectural and cultural treasure troves in the world, Budapest on a Tour. Pass by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Visit the Fishermen's Bastion which offers stunning views over the city and the Mathias Church. Following a photo stop at the Citadel, cross Elizabeth bridge and drive past the City Park towards Heroes' square passing by the Opera and St. Stephen's Basilica.
Today you will be transferred to Budapest Airport for your flight back home.
